An 8-Week Private Culinary Course for the woman who wants to
learn how to make next level meals, while stressing less in the kitchen & reclaiming her schedule.
I’ve been hard at work thinking about YOU.
A woman who…
〰 Feels like you’re TOO busy — unable to find the time or motivation to cook.
〰 Finds yourself staring into a fridge full of food with a sinking feeling of overwhelm that keeps you from cooking.
〰 Feels uninspired in the kitchen and bored of the same meals on repeat.
〰 Spends too much money on groceries that end getting trashed, while feeling the guilt of an endless stream of takeout.
If this is resonating, join me in imagining how it would feel if...
〰 Cooking was the simplest part of your day? Even a moment of self-care?
〰 You knew exactly what to reach for in your fridge? Choosing ingredients & making meals with them wasn’t a guessing game?
〰 You could use diverse flavors & feel like an inspired cook when you serve dinner?
〰 Trips to the grocery store were stress-free & executed with complete clarity?
〰 Ordering takeout didn’t make you feel guilty, because it was already a part of your budget?
Over these 8 weeks together my vision for you is to develop…
Mastery of flavor & basic technique that supports your lifestyle & allows you to freestyle home cooked meals with ease.
An efficient kitchen & personally curated flavor library that allows everyday cooking to be sustainable.

Before I share the weekly curriculum, can I tell you WHY I created this program?
Preparing to create this course led me to think deeply about who I am and why I do what I do. I've always known on a gut level that what I do is about more than just teaching a person how to cook. That while technique can be critically important, in MY kitchen it goes hand in hand with other elements that are perhaps even greater. And my inner knowing was right…
I don't just teach people to cook…
〰️ I teach recovering perfectionists, high-achievers and DO-ers that the kitchen can be a place to experience ease, intuition & nourishment.
〰️ I help those who have suffered around food, whether from chronic illness, disordered eating, gut or hormone issues, to reclaim cooking & mealtime as a form of wholistic self care.
〰️ I teach cooking as a sustainable practice that is more than a mechanical necessity of daily life.
〰️ I remind people that food can be supportive & joyous when approached with ease, balance & compassion, and that the kitchen can be a space in which to celebrate food.
〰 Week 6 Let’s Nail It: Honing in on Tools & Techniques
In our third cooking class, we make sure you feel comfortable with existing or new tools, solidify techniques — and push it with flavor. This class is your time to make something a bit outside your comfort zone.
〰 Week 7 Goals Check In: Custom Assignment
Week 7 is about making sure you’re getting exactly the right support you need. I will create a custom assignment based on your progress towards your goals. Do you want more help understanding how to use your new flavor library? Want to re-work your grocery budget? Review meal prep? I got you.
〰 Week 8 Kitchen Confident: Celebrate Your New Practice
Our final class is a fun expression of everything you’ve learned. You will Meal Plan & Shop with Intention, deciding on delicious dishes to make using your new flavors and techniques. I will supervise and offer guidance as you cook a meal intuitively! We will spend time reflecting on new mindsets and the new practive you’ve built.
The Weekly Curriculum:
〰 Week 1 Welcome: Your Culinary Goals Roadmap
In Week 1 we dive right in with two 60-minute calls to set the foundation for our work together. We go deep into what flavors, tools and techniques you use in your kitchen right now, and then decide where you want to go from there. After our calls I create your Culinary Goals Roadmap to guide our work in the weeks ahead.
〰 Week 2 Let’s Get Cooking: Building Your Foundation
In your first cooking class we cover a lot of ground: we review knife skills and kitchen safety, learn a new technique and explore the potential of flavors already in your kitchen. We’ll also spend time on this call exploring your kitchen mindset.
〰 Week 3 Grocery Overhaul: Shopping With Intention
It’s time to commit to shopping with intention: you will review your current spending & set up a new budget. You’ll build your shopping schedule and lists, and start planning, shopping (and saving). Over our remaining 5 weeks you will practice this to make sure you leave with a solid hold on groceries.
〰 Week 4 Let’s Expand: Introducing New Flavors
In the second cooking class, we focus on introducing new flavors to your flavor library. We will have plenty of time to implement technique and make sure you know how to make your meals multitask during the week.
〰 Week 5 Strength Building: Cooking Intuitively, Finding Creativity and Gaining Confidence
Like any new muscle, repetition creates strength. You will be challenged to cook intuitively & creatively throughout the week, using new flavors, new techniques and your intuition! You will get my feedback and support on what worked & what didn’t.
Here are answers to questions you might still have…
"Where did you learn to cook?"
It all began for me in the home kitchen: I learned to cook standing next to my mom, watching her seemingly imagine something out of nothing. After going for my BS in Photography and pursuing a career in fashion, my side hustle in recipe development led me to seek out professional culinary training from the International Culinary Center (now ICE).
I realized that while I loved the language of the professional kitchen, my passion lay at home — cooking with slippers on & good music blasting. I love teaching my expertise about food & cooking in a way that makes sense for the home cook, and that's what inspired me to create this incredible program.
“When does the program start?”
This program is open enrollment, and I have space available for ONE woman to join for the summer of 2022. If you are interested, we will discuss a start date that allows us both to be fully committed to our time together.
"How much does all this cost?"
This is a crucial question when making any investment decision. Kitchen Confident is a high-ticket program because of the high educational value as well as the fact that it is customized to you -- start to finish. The program is $3,100 USD and payment plans are available.
For the person who has genuine interest in creating this kind of shift in their life and understands how invaluable a supportive cooking practice is, the next step is for us to chat about your investment on a Kitchen Confident Clarity Call. This is a safe and confidential, zero-commitment container where we can get to know one another and see if I am the right person to support you right now, as well as discuss the payment plan options available to you.
“Why is getting on a call so important?”
Because I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to anything. It will help me to hear and understand the kind of culinary struggles and goals you have! A call allows us both to ask questions and feel into if working together is an aligned fit. And I can't wait to chat with you because I love giving support and feedback.
