About Caitie Corradino:
I’m a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, eating disorder recovery coach, body image expert, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and breathwork facilitator. I combine nutrition counseling with body image coaching and my toolkit of somatic healing modalities to help you meet your goals. My approach is relaxed, relatable, and highly individualized. You will feel at ease and seen during our sessions, so that you can step into your life with more self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-confidence. During your nutrition check-up, I’ll help you stress way less about eating. We’ll do a complete assessment and I will give you three individualized nutrition hacks that you can implement immediately to get past your blocks to eating well, and start healing your relationship with food today!

Hi!! I’m Micole, trained chef and meal planning expert for women who want to ditch mealtime overwhelm with a realistic meal plan designed for you, so you can cook fresh inspired meals with what you have at home in less time than it takes delivery to arrive. Through 1:1 support, I teach you how to turn basic ingredients into restaurant-quality meals at home with effortless confidence – faster than delivery can arrive. Because everyday cooking does not require "more motivation" - it requires better solutions that make cooking more accessible. I operate from the framework that cooking should be accessible for all brains & all bodies, working primarily with women who have recovered from disordered eating & eating disorders, and who identify as neurodivergent.
